At Signature Scents, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return process.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn or unused

Have tags attached

Be in its original packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same conditions: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
